Built for investment structures
One accounting platform for the entities behind a fund.
Private investment structures are rarely a single company. A fund sits above holding companies and SPVs, next to a management company, often in more than one country and currency. Conso 360 keeps each legal entity's books separate and brings them together when you need a combined view.
Private equity & venture capital
Support accounting and reporting across the fund, its acquisition vehicles and portfolio structures, with investor commitments, capital calls and distributions recorded alongside the ledger.
Investment holding companies & SPVs
Maintain separate accounting records for each legal entity, in its own currency, while preparing consolidated or combined reporting for the structure.
Fund administrators
Run accounting for many client entities from one place, with workspaces isolated per client, access granted per company and period locks once a close is signed off.
Private debt & real estate funds
Keep the books for lending vehicles and property SPVs with multi-currency transactions, multi-entity management and financial reporting. Debt- and property-specific schedules are not built in, so ask us how your workflow would fit.
Fund accounting capabilities
What Conso 360 does for fund accounting today.

Multi-entity consolidation
Available- Entity accounting in one workspace, or imported trial balances
- Ownership percentages and full, proportional or equity method

Not available in Conso 360 today
These fund-specific calculations are not part of the product at present. Teams that use Conso 360 for the underlying accounting prepare them in their own workpapers or in a fund administration system, using balances from the ledger.
-
NAV workflows
NAV per unit or share, NAV workpapers, valuation adjustment workflows and formal NAV review and approval.
-
Investor accounting
Investor capital account statements, allocation of income and gains between investors, and an investor portal.
-
Fees & waterfalls
Management and performance fee calculations, carried interest, hurdles, preferred returns and distribution waterfalls.
-
Investment valuations
Automatic realised and unrealised gain calculations from investment valuations. Valuation entries can be recorded as journals.
From entities to consolidated reporting
From individual entities to consolidated reporting.
Every legal entity in the structure keeps its own ledger, chart of accounts mapping and functional currency. When you need a structure-wide view, the same data flows into a consolidation run instead of a spreadsheet.
Entities you can keep in one workspace
- Investment funds
- Holding companies
- SPVs and acquisition vehicles
- Portfolio subsidiaries
- Management companies and general partners
-
Fund / holding structure
Define entities, ownership percentages and consolidation method for each period.
-
Entity accounting
Each entity posts in its own ledger and currency, or you import its trial balance.
-
Adjustments & eliminations
Translate currencies, eliminate intercompany balances and investments, and record group adjustments.
-
Consolidated reporting
Review group statements with a column for every entity and drill back to source balances.
Investment entities under IFRS 10 generally measure subsidiaries at fair value through profit or loss rather than consolidating them, while holding structures and management groups often do consolidate. Conso 360 supports both separate entity reporting and consolidation; the accounting treatment remains your decision.

Automate accounting without losing control
AI that assists finance professionals, not one that replaces their judgement.
Conso 360 uses AI where documents are unstructured and rules where outcomes must be predictable. Suggestions wait for review, and every change is recorded.
Less manual document entry
Supplier invoices and receipts are read with OCR and AI extraction, so supplier, dates, amounts, VAT and lines do not have to be typed.
Assisted transaction classification
Accounts and VAT are proposed from your classification rules and posting history first, with AI only as a fallback.
Discrepancies surfaced early
Possible duplicate invoices are flagged before approval, and missing exchange rates or incomplete consolidation settings block a run until resolved.
More consistent processing
Corrections feed back into classification rules, so the same supplier is coded the same way next time.
Review and approval
Documents wait in a review queue with confidence indicators. Automatic approval below an amount limit is available, and off unless you switch it on.
Fund reporting and financial visibility
Financial reporting for every entity and for the structure as a whole.
Finance teams, boards and auditors need numbers they can trace. Conso 360 keeps the reporting connected to the ledger that produced it.
NAV statements, investor capital account statements and fund performance reporting for investors are not produced by Conso 360 today.
-
Trial balances
Per entity and consolidated, for any closed or open period.
-
Balance sheets and income statements
Configurable statement layouts, including report packs with notes for annual financial statements.
-
Multi-currency information
Each entry keeps its transaction currency amount and exchange rate next to the entity's functional currency amount.
-
Entity and group level
Look at one SPV or the whole structure, with each entity's contribution shown.
-
Audit trail
Journal entries, invoices, periods and consolidation settings are versioned with timestamps.
-
Financial statement preparation
Prepare statements from the same ledger rather than rebuilding them in spreadsheets.

What is fund accounting software?
Fund accounting software keeps the books of investment funds and the entities around them: the fund, holding companies, SPVs and the management company. Besides a general ledger and financial statements, it records investor capital flows such as commitments, capital calls and distributions, and supports reporting across the structure.
How is fund accounting different from traditional business accounting?
A trading company reports profit to its owners. A fund reports to investors on the capital they committed and contributed, what has been returned to them and what their interest is worth. That adds investor-level records, valuations, fees and, in many structures, several legal entities and currencies that must be reported together.
Can Conso 360 support private equity and venture capital fund accounting?
Yes, for the accounting foundation. Conso 360 keeps the ledgers of the fund and its vehicles, records investor commitments, capital calls and distributions with journal entries, tracks portfolio holdings and produces financial statements and consolidations. Fee, carried interest and waterfall calculations are not built in today.
Does Conso 360 support multiple investment entities and SPVs?
Yes. Each fund, holding company, SPV and management company is a separate company with its own ledger and currency inside one workspace, and users can be limited to the companies they work on.
Can fund accounting and financial consolidation be managed together?
Yes. Entities kept in Conso 360 can be brought directly into a consolidation run with currency translation, intercompany and investment eliminations and group adjustments. Whether a structure should consolidate, for example under the IFRS 10 investment entity rules, remains an accounting decision for you and your auditor.
Does Conso 360 calculate Net Asset Value (NAV)?
Not as a formal NAV process. The fund overview shows a net asset figure derived from the posted ledger and an IRR from recorded capital calls and distributions. NAV per unit, NAV workpapers, valuation adjustments and NAV approval workflows are not available in the product today.
Can Conso 360 help automate fund accounting processes?
Yes, in specific places. AI-assisted extraction reads supplier invoices, rules and posting history suggest accounts, bank matching rules classify transactions, and capital calls and distributions generate draft journal entries automatically. People review and approve the results.
Is Conso 360 suitable for fund administrators?
It is designed for teams that keep books for many entities. Each client can have an isolated workspace, access is granted per company and periods can be locked once a close is complete. Investor statements and NAV packs would still be prepared outside Conso 360.
Can Conso 360 be used by Luxembourg, Baltic and UK investment structures?
Conso 360 can keep the accounts of entities in these countries, in their own currencies, and VAT formats are available for selected markets including the Baltic states. It does not file fund regulatory reports, such as CSSF, AIFMD or FCA returns, and using it does not replace any authorisation your structure requires. Ask us about your jurisdictions in a demo.
How can I request a demonstration?
