Multi-entity accounting software
Keep the books for every company without switching systems.
Conso 360 lets one finance team keep separate books for several legal entities in the same workspace. Each company has its own ledger, VAT, fixed assets and statements, while users, rules and reporting are managed centrally.
Built for: accounting firms, finance teams that manage several legal entities and growing business groups.
Per company, in one workspace
- Separate ledgers, journals and financial statements
- VAT periods and returns by company
- Company currency and foreign currency documents
- Access granted per company
- Consolidation when you need a group view
The multi-company problem
One login per company is not a finance process.
When each entity runs in a separate file or subscription, the finance team spends its time switching context, repeating setup and re-keying data for group reporting.
Repeated setup
Accounts, rules and users are configured again for every new company.
Scattered access
Permissions are managed per system, so it is hard to see who can post to which entity.
Manual group view
Management reporting across companies means exporting and combining files.
Mixed currencies
Entities with different currencies or foreign customers need consistent rate handling.
Capabilities
Company-level accounting with central management.
Conso 360 separates workspaces from companies. A workspace is your secure, isolated environment, for example your group or your accounting firm's client. Inside it, each company is a legal entity with its own books.
Company context
Switch the active company in one click. Documents, journals and reports always belong to a specific company.
Ledgers and statements per company
Journal entries, financial statements, fixed assets and period closing are kept per company, on a shared or company-specific chart of accounts.
VAT by company
VAT periods, returns and box mappings are set per company, with country formats for selected markets.
Multiple currencies
Each company has a base currency. Invoices and payments in other currencies can use ECB reference rates, with realised FX differences and period-end revaluation.
Access per company
Give a user the whole workspace or only the companies they work on, with roles for accountants, managers and reviewers.
Path to consolidation
Companies kept in Conso 360 can be transferred directly into a group consolidation, without exporting trial balances.
Product interface
Several companies, one overview.
Finance managers can see the state of each company's close in one place before drilling into the entity they need.
Workspace · company overview
Illustrative example| Company | Currency | Open review items | VAT period | Period status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nordic Trading SIA | EUR | 3 | Submitted | Soft closed |
| Nordic Trading UAB | EUR | 7 | In preparation | Open |
| Nordic Trading AB | SEK | 1 | In preparation | Open |
Each company keeps its own books and periods; the workspace keeps the overview.

Frequently asked questions
What is multi-entity accounting software?
It is accounting software that keeps separate books for several legal entities while letting one team manage them together. Each entity has its own ledger, tax reporting and statements, but users, rules and reporting are shared.
What is the difference between a workspace and a company in Conso 360?
A workspace is an isolated environment, for example a business group or an accounting firm's client. A company is a legal entity inside it with its own books. A workspace can contain many companies.
Can we restrict users to specific companies?
Yes. A user can have access to the whole workspace or only to the companies assigned to them, and the company selector only offers the companies they can access.
Do all companies have to use the same chart of accounts?
Companies share the workspace chart of accounts by default, which keeps reporting consistent, and you can add company-specific accounts where an entity needs them.
Can we consolidate the companies?
Yes. Companies kept in Conso 360 can be brought into a consolidation directly; see financial consolidation for how the group close works.
Which countries are supported for VAT?
VAT returns are prepared per company, with country-specific formats for selected markets, including the Baltic states. Ask us in a demo about the requirements of your entities' countries.
